We just completed our third week at Amparo and we have no desire to switch hotels. It may not be the Hilton, but it's clean, quiet, and cozy. The staff is absolutely wonderful, always going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We were even given a spacious room with two double beds, providing a great night's sleep. The amenities, including air conditioning and a large, spotless bathroom, were much appreciated after long walks in the tropical heat. Plus, the TV had a good selection of channels, including BBC News, CNN, DW. Amparo is a gem for its quality and service.

Everything was fantastic! 😊

This hip little hotel near the main square in the old town/port is perfect for backpackers. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a convenient location make it an ideal choice.

Felt at home instantly, no complaints whatsoever.
